Where2retail, Lda, based in Porto, Portugal, is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data collected on, the website of which it is the owner.

2. What information do we collect about you?

The data collected in the forms available on our website will be treated according to the fundamentals and for the purposes for which they are intended:

Contact Form and Event Registration Form

To send a message using the contact form or register in an event using a event registration form, you must enter your name and e-mail address, and optionally your mobile phone number. Complementary data could be asked such Company and your role in such Company. These data will only be used to manage your contact or event registration request, based on the legitimate interest of the website to respond to contact or event registration requests addressed by you. The data will be deleted after completing the process that gave rise to the contact.

3. Newsletter subscription

The newsletter includes information about the activities, services provided, latest publications on the blog of and is sent by email. By subscribing to our newsletter, you are consenting to the collection of your email address expressly for this purpose.


The newsletter subscription can be canceled at any time, just follow the link shown at the bottom of the email that is used to send the newsletter. Doing so will erase your data.

The data you provide to us will be kept in a database of subscribers until you request its deletion.

4. Where is the data stored?

The website is hosted on the platform. Your data will be stored in the database. stores your data on secure firewall servers.

Your data maybe also stored in the Where2Retail NetSuite Platfom. NetSuite stores your data on secure servers.


The data collected on will not be communicated to third parties, but may be transferred and stored by subcontracted entities in order to, on our behalf and under our supervision, execute the sending of newsletters.

5. Cookies

They are small text files saved on your computer that are used to collect information about your device and information about your usage experience. This information is used to record the number of visits made and compile statistical information about the activity on our website.

You can configure your browser to not accept cookies, in any case, not accepting cookies, may result in the incorrect execution of some features of the website

6. Right of access and withdrawal of consent
